Legacy Investments are investments made by members of the Backcast team prior to the formation of Backcast Partners. The firms in which these investments were made have sanctioned the attribution of these transactions to such members of the Backcast team. In considering the below investments, readers should bear in mind that, although the Managing Partners played a significant role in the transactions listed, these investments were made at other firms with different infrastructure, processes, investment committees and personnel than those of Backcast.
